Current Canucks style is Sedin influenced with the East/West game and we need a team to play North/South. I hope they are moved to the second line and cut back about 5 min per game on Ice time. I want them taken off the first line PP and that time is awarded to Kesler Burrows Garrison . I hope they play their final year of contract here and then are awarded one year at a time at 4 mil each .

Vancouver has to do far more than this. They have a lot of cap issues and getting rid of Lou doesn't solve them.

Getting rid of Ballard, Lu and Booth solves the cap issues. They just won't be icing as competitive a lineup next year as bad as that sounds. No one really in the depth charts aside from maybe Guance and Corrado to step in. I haven't seen nearly enough out of Kassian to expect much of anything of out him.

He seems to have a decent eye for good, young, scrappy players.

As bad as the Neal trade was, I think his other moves were pretty good.

I believe he played a part in gett Dillion and Eakin and his drafting record is decent. Chiasson and Ritchie look like solid power-forwards
